"Overall, the IAC Team from UMOC was very useful to us. In addition to the line items identified, having the IAC report gave us a platform to discuss our sustainability projects. As a result, we are now have a vendor coming to cost out upgrading our HVAC system. Our team has also become more aware of energy savings opportunities. For example, one recommendation was to look at the set point of the compressed air system. We learned that we need to put more focus on fixing air leaks (using a program we have in place) thus enabling us to lower the overall set point."
